Calling All Vendors & Exhibitors!
Join us for one of Fort Riley’s biggest & most anticipated community events of the year. Show off your business, craft or organization to over 10,000 local attendees.

Each booth includes (1) 8’  table &
(2) chairs inside an 8’ x 6’ space.
Set up: 6:30am | Cars off field: 8am

Electricity: +$10.00 (optional)

IMPORTANT FOOD VENDOR RULES
To keep this event safe & support our Military Family programs, the following food rules are strictly enforced:

Canned/packaged goods only: vendors may only sell pre-packaged or canned foods (e.g., canned jams, honey, dry mixes, packaged spices). 
No hot prep or cooking: absolutely no food preparation, hot plates, or cooking on-site. 
No competition with SFRG: food items must not compete with the food options sold by the Soldier & Family Readiness Groups (SFRGs).
