Physical Fitness Centers

Fort Riley features six physical fitness centers, all designed to cater to your fitness needs. From historic King Field House to the modern design of Whitside Fitness Center, our physical fitness centers feature top-of-the-line equipment and programs designed to offer what you need to stay in shape and be healthy. 

All facilities offer cardio and weight equipment. Some facilities have unique features, including:

  • King Field House offers a family-friendly fitness room, designed to let you bring your children with you while you work out, along with racquetball courts and a sauna.
  • Whitside Fitness Center features an indoor running track and a climbing wall with an auto-belay system, and is home to our Group Fitness program. Whitside Fitness Center is open 24 hours a day (must register 0900-1800 non-holiday weekdays for after-hours access), seven days a week.
  • Long Fitness Center features an outdoor track and sports fields, and indoor training pool for unit PT and drown-proofing, and a racquetball court.
  • Craig Fitness Center is open 24 hours a day (must register 0900-1800 non-holiday weekdays for after-hours access), seven days a week. The facility offers cardio and strength training equipment, as well as functional fitness equipment.
