FRG Key Contact Training

Provides the key contact volunteer with a full and clear understanding of their responsibilities within the FRG. This course focuses on the importance of relaying timely and accurate information, keeping the chain of command informed, and utilizing referrals to community resources. The training covers the various methods of communicating to family members (email, text and telephone) and maintaining contact rosters. A practical exercise and role playing scenarios are included in order to familiarize the volunteers with the types of communications they may have to use.

April session is held within the Family Readiness & Resilience University: Basic, but can be attended separately.
