Grow and thrive in the face of challenges, and bounce back from adversity!
Why take Resilience Training? Because it helps build core competencies that enable mental toughness, optimal performance, strong leadership, and goal achievement. Resilience is a process, not a destination.
ACS Resilience training is geared for Family members and DoD Civilians; however, Soldiers may participate on a space-available basis. Classes offered will rotate through the various 14 resilience skills. Advance registration recommended. Limited free child care available for CYS-registered families, with registration two weeks prior to training date. Child care is first-come, first-served.
