  • One Class: $3
  • Ten Classes: $25
  • 30-Day Unlimited Pass: $40

  • Purchases at Whitside Fitness Center can be made during the following times:
    • Monday-Friday: 7 a.m. - 8 p.m.
    • Saturday: 9-11 a.m.
    • Holidays and training holidays: 8 a.m.-6 p.m.

Personal Training

Our personal trainers offer custom-designed workout programs for patrons of all fitness levels. These certified trainers specialize in specialties ranging from weight loss and endurance training to injury rehab and restorative yoga. For more information, call +1 (785)239-2583.

Personal Training Session Pricing

  • 1-hour individual personal training session: $25
  • 1-hour group personal training session for two: $40
  • 1-hour group personal training session for three: $48
