Finding employment is one of the most difficult challenges family members face being in a military lifestyle. The Employment Readiness Program provides employment assistance to members of the "Army Family," patrons include Active Duty Service Members, DA Civilians, Retirees and their Family Members.

The Employment Readiness Program (ERP) offers employment assistance with job search, resume prep and review and referrals for local businesses. 

Navigating USAJobs

  • A comprehensive overview of the Federal job application process using the USAJobs website. The instructor will assist you with the online application process during this workshop

Employment Readiness Orientation

  • Explore the services available through the Employment Readiness program and gain information and insight on the local job market both on and off the installation

Beginning the Resume Process 

  • Learn how to get started on your professional resume, so you can put your best foot forward when applying for employment. 

Reviewing and Editing Your Resume

  • The second in a three-part series covering resume writing skills. In this course, you will learn how to review and edit your resume, to prevent errors and ensure important information is included.

Finalizing Your Resume

  • The third in a three-part series covering resume writing skills. In this course, you will learn how to put the final touches on your resume and prep it for submission to potential employers.
