- Applicant must go to the Visitor Control Center (VCC) located at Henry Gate (Exit 301 off I-70) and obtain a pass for access.
- Once the applicant receives a day pass they must got to one of the following locations: SpareTime interactive Entertainment (7485 Normandy Dr.) or the Outdoor Adventure Park ( 5202 Normandy Dr.) where they will register with MWR.
- Adults 18 years and up will pay a $25 administrative fee. Youth, ages 0 - 17 are free. Applicants will then receive a a MWR Card for 1 year.
- Upon receiving the MWR Card, the applicant may return to the Visitor Control Center (VCC) to be issued an extended installation access badge. The Visitor Control Center (VCC) is open Monday - Friday: 7:00am - 9:00pm, Saturday - Sunday and Holidays: 8:00am - 4:00pm

*The MWR Card is valid for one year and is non-transferable. Services NOT included with the MWR Card: AAFES Exchange, Gas Station, Class VI, Commissary, Fitness Centers, Library, Riley's Community Center, Housing, and Barracks.
