Each Friday, CYS CDC's will provide activities for you to take home and complete with your child. These activities are intended to provide Families with a way to spend quality time with their child during BRO time. We look forward to seeing what you and your child will create. Exceptional Family Member Program (EFMP) EFMP is a mandatory enrollment program that works with other military and civilian agencies to provide comprehensive and coordinated community support, housing, medical, educational, and personnel services to Families with special needs. Victim Advocacy Program The VAP provides advocacy services to victims of domestic violence (to include sexual assault within the confines of the intimate relationship and includes ensuring safety and empowering individuals to make their own decisions to improve their quality of life for themselves and/or their children.
