Coyler Forsyth located in the southwestern region of the post and is convenient to the Commissary and PX. You'll enjoy proximity to numerous amenities including parks, playing fields and a 13,000 square foot Community Center with an outdoor, resort-style pool.

Fort Riley's largest community, Colyer Forsyth offers a variety of spacious homes designed for all Fort Riley families.

A pedestrian trail system; ballfields, numerous playgrounds, bark park and community victory garden provide great opportunities to spend time outdoors in this beautiful community.

Ellis Heights a perfect fit for any size family, and is located near Custer Hill, within walking distance of both elementary and middle schools and convenient access to Manhattan.

Ellis Heights features a variety of homes with convenient attached garages and spacious interior plans.

Historic Main Post community reflects the post's rich heritage with its beautiful period architecture. The community encompasses 285 homes, as well as post highlights like the Artillery Parade Field, Sturgis Stadium and Marshall Field. Residents love Historic Main Post's central location, near the hospital, Riley's Conference Center, Fort Riley Elementary School and easy access to Manhattan or Junction City.

McClellan Place residents are happy to enjoy easy access to an abundance of amenities at their Community Center, including a pool and fitness center. In addition to the Community Center, McClellan Place is convenient to restaurants, a bowling alley, a theater and multiple schools.

Warner Peterson convenient to two elementary schools and Custer Hill amenities, the Warner Peterson community also offers easy access to a number of playgrounds, making it ideal for young families. The Community Center provides residents with several amenities including a swimming pool and fitness center.

How does the Housing Services Office help Soldiers and Families coming to Fort Riley? They inspect every property listed on their website for life, health, and safety so that when you select a home from the listing, you know you are getting a quality home. The homes listed have been inspected and are approved rental properties. 

Housing Services Office (HSO) Services:

• Maintains a list of inspected and approved rental property 
• Assists with rental lease review
• Mediate landlord/tenants complains
• Performs home inspections
• Provides transportation for house hunting if service member arrives at Fort Riley without transportation

Fort Riley's mission is to provide the best in support for the Warfighters and their Families. In 2019-2020 Fort Riley had a 91% Satisfaction rating and tied with Fort Drum as the Highest Rated Garrison among installation competitors in ICE.

SFRG

OPPORTUNITIES TO MEET PEOPLE WITH DEPLOYED FAMILY MEMBER:

Hearts Apart
Offers support to Family Members who are living separately from their Service Member due to mission (i.e. deployment, unaccompanied tour, extended TDY, etc.) requirements. The program sponsors events and services to help make life a little less stressful during separations.  Participants will have an opportunity to attend social activities, educational workshops, and to meet, share and network with other families. RELIGOUS GROUPS

Protestant Women of the Chapel (PWOC)                                                                              
Join us this year as we seek True Unity in Christ. Lead women in Christ. Teach women God's word. Develop their spiritual gifts. Involve women in chapel ministries. PWOC meets at Victory Chapel Tuesdays 9:30am - 11:30am & 6:30pm - 8:00pm.

SPORTING OPPORTUNITIES

Intramural Sports Leagues                                                                                                                Open to company-level teams of active-duty Soldiers only. Participation in these leagues qualifies units for Commander's Cup points.

Community Life Leagues                                                                                                                          Open to all DoD ID card holders ages 18+. Some leagues may qualify for Commander's Cup points, for active-duty teams only.
